Most of them now treat solar equipment the same as any other equipment such as a hot tub or upgraded kitchen. Our customers pay from $75 to $150 extra per year to insure their equipment.
Check with your insurance company. In the past some of our customers have had to change insurance companies to get reasonable rates but most insurance companies are now on board.
